Objection to advertising emails
We hereby object to the use of contact details published as part of our statutory legal notice obligations for sending advertising and information materials that have not been expressly requested. Contact form
If you send us enquiries through the contact form, we store the information from your enquiry, including the contact details you provide, to handle the enquiry and any follow-up questions. We do not disclose this data without your consent.
The data entered in the contact form is therefore processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You may withdraw this consent at any time. An informal email to us is sufficient. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing operations carried out before consent was withdrawn.
We retain the data you enter in the contact form until you ask us to erase it, withdraw your consent to its storage, or the purpose of storing it no longer applies, for example once your enquiry has been fully handled. Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular retention periods, remain unaffected.
4. Provision of the website with Wix
This website is operated using the Wix platform and delivered through its infrastructure. Wix uses servers in various locations, including Europe and the USA, to provide its services. Further information about Wix's processing of personal data is available in the Wix privacy policy.
5. Newsletter
Newsletter data
If you wish to receive the newsletter offered on this website, we need your email address and information allowing us to verify that you own that email address and agree to receive the newsletter. No further data is collected, or it is collected only voluntarily. We use this data exclusively to send the requested information and do not disclose it to third parties.
The data entered in the newsletter signup form is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You may withdraw your consent to the storage of your data and email address and their use to send the newsletter at any time, for example through the “Unsubscribe” link in the newsletter. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing operations already carried out.
We store the data you provide for receiving the newsletter until you unsubscribe, and delete it after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. This does not affect data stored with us for other purposes.
6. Plugins and tools
YouTube with enhanced privacy
Our website uses plugins from the YouTube website. The website operator is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
We use YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. According to YouTube, this mode means that YouTube does not store information about visitors to this website before they watch a video. However, privacy-enhanced mode does not necessarily prevent data being passed to YouTube partners. YouTube therefore connects to the Google DoubleClick network regardless of whether you watch a video.
As soon as you start a YouTube video on our website, a connection to YouTube's servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to associate your browsing behaviour directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

This website uses fonts supplied through Wix's infrastructure for its design. When you access a page, your browser loads the required font files to display text correctly.
Google Maps
This site uses the Google Maps mapping service through an API. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
To use Google Maps functions, your IP address must be stored. This information is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence over this data transfer.

This website displays Google reviews using the “Google Reviews” app by MarketPushApps. WhatsApp contact button by Smartarget
We use a Smartarget application for the WhatsApp contact button. To display the button, your browser loads content from Smartarget servers; this technically involves transmitting your IP address, among other information. If you send a message using the button, the information about communication through WhatsApp in section 7 also applies. Further information is available in the Smartarget privacy policy.
7. Communication through WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook
We use WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger, among other services, to communicate with prospective customers and customers.
When you contact us through one of these services, the data you provide is processed. This may include your name, telephone number, username, message content, information about properties you have enquired about and other information provided voluntarily.
The processing serves to handle your enquiry, provide information about our properties and services, and carry out pre-contractual or contractual measures.
Depending on the content of the enquiry, processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO or Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
When WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook are used, companies within the Meta group may also process data. This may involve processing data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
8. ManyChat
We use the ManyChat service to process and organise messages through WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook automatically.
ManyChat allows us to answer customer enquiries automatically, categorise enquiries, provide information about properties and, if necessary, hand communication over to a human contact.
This may involve processing contact details, platform usernames, telephone numbers, message content, information about property interests and communication histories in particular.
The processing serves to handle customer enquiries efficiently and carry out pre-contractual measures on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO and, where applicable, our legitimate interest under Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
ManyChat also processes certain personal data as a processor when providing its services.
9. Use of artificial intelligence / OpenAI
We use OpenAI services to provide automated support in handling customer enquiries.
Messages you submit and information needed to handle them may be transmitted to the OpenAI API and processed there. In particular, the purpose is to answer questions, provide property information and assist with selecting suitable properties.
The AI does not make legally binding decisions and does not replace individual legal advice. For certain enquiries, communication may be forwarded to a human contact.
We use the OpenAI API in a business context. OpenAI states that, by default, API data is not used to train or improve its models. OpenAI
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO insofar as processing is necessary to handle a specific enquiry or carry out pre-contractual measures. Otherwise, processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
10. Airtable
We use Airtable to manage property information and to store certain customer and prospective customer enquiries in a structured way.
In particular, Airtable may store property information, contact details, properties enquired about, viewing requests and internal handling information.
Not every general enquiry is permanently stored as a prospective customer record. Data is stored particularly when this is necessary to handle a specific enquiry, viewing, reservation or comparable matter.

The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO and, where applicable, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
11. n8n / Automated data processing
We use n8n to connect our systems technically and automate internal workflows.
For example, n8n may transfer information between ManyChat, Airtable and the OpenAI API. Only personal data required for the relevant automated process is processed.
We operate n8n on our own server environment. The processing serves, in particular, to handle customer enquiries efficiently and connect the systems we use.
The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO or Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
12. Retention period for communication and prospective customer data
Personal data from communication with customers and prospective customers is stored only for as long as necessary to handle the relevant enquiry, carry out pre-contractual or contractual measures, or comply with statutory retention obligations.
Data no longer required for these purposes is erased unless statutory retention periods or other legitimate reasons prevent its erasure.
